Enquiries
When you contact us by form, email, telephone or WhatsApp, we process your details to answer the enquiry and for pre-contractual communication under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. General unsuccessful enquiries are deleted no later than six months after communication ends unless legal claims or obligations require retention. Contractual and tax-relevant documents are retained for statutory periods.
Technical operation and protection
Our hosting and email provider easyname processes necessary connection and server log data. To prevent abuse we retain a server-secret-derived hash of the IP address for no more than 24 hours. This is based on our legitimate interest in secure operation under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We use no analytics, marketing, embedded social media services or non-essential cookies.
WhatsApp is offered only as an external link. Data may be transferred to WhatsApp or Meta only after you actively open that link, at which point the provider's privacy terms apply.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability. Complaints may be made to the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna.
